About the area: Puteri Harbour
Located in ISKANDAR PUTERI (until 1 Jan 2016 known as 'Nusajaya'), this beautiful small harbour called PUTERI HARBOUR offers some great cafes (such as ESPRESSO GARAGE, STARBUCKS ETC) and a diverse range of restaurants in addition to HOTEL JEN and to the HELLO KITTY RED CUBE theme park. Also at Puteri Harbour is a MARVEL DC COMICS SUPERHERO store and cafe.
In the planning is the PUTERI HARBOUR CONVENTION CENTRE.
Part of Puteri Harbour is the International Ferry Terminal with boats to Indonesia and soon to Harbourfront in Singapore.

The Second Link bridge to Singapore is an 15 minutes drive from Puteri Harbour.
There are plenty of buses within the region (Bus Rapid Transit System) and to Singapore.
A high speed rail link between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore is on the way and will contain a frequent commuter train from Iskandar Puteri to Singapore (for more details see the MyHSR.my website). It is estimated that this train will start operations in 2026.
Also in the offing is a connection from Johor Bahru city centre to the Singapore MRT (Bukit Chagar JB to Republic Polytechnic/Thompson East Coast MRT line) - targeted for completion in 2022. The Iskandar Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) connection to Singapore is planned for 2020.
