We are private landlords and run a small property investment business. The houses on this website are FOR RENT. We do occasionally sell houses - enquiries for rent or purchase are welcome.

Here we showcase our luxury condominiums, bungalows with swimming pools, spacious semi detached houses and shop lots. Most of them are located in ISKANDAR PUTERI (until 1 Jan 2016 known as 'Nusajaya'), a city in the very south of Malaysia, on the border to Singapore. Other properties are in KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia's capital city and in LANGKAWI, an island close to Penang and Thailand.

We started our business in 2005 and are based in Iskandar Puteri since 2008.
